Bed  bugs are nasty little insects that feed on human blood!  Some types may feed on animal blood as well.  Young bed bugs, or "nymphs", start as small as 1/32" (1 mm) long and grow to be about 1/4" as adults.  They tend to hide in cracks, crevices, matress seams and bed frames.  They can also be found in corners of dressers or drawers and along the wall/carpet seams.

Having bed bugs does not mean that you have a dirty house.  Bed bugs often arrive on luggage from infested hotels, with house guests and in used furniture.  If you live in an apartment, they may have traveled from the unit next door.

Our Bed Bug Treatment is generally $250.00.  Schedule it today!

  1. Be sure to remove all your bedding and any type of covering on your furniture.  Bag and wash them.  Do not carry these linens from infected room to laundry room without bagging them as that will likely spread the bugs along the way.
  2. Make sure there are no items on the floor.
  3. Empty and bag contents of closets and any nearby drawers.
  4. Throw away any items such as newspapers and magazines since these are favorite hiding places.
  5. Be prepared to stay out of your home for 6-7 hours during and after the treatment.

  1. Wash all laundry and linens in HOT water.  120° or more.
  2. Wipe or dust all hard surfaces including furniture, counter tops, electronics, etc.
  3. Vacuum all floors well paying special attention along carpet/wall and carpet/tile seams and along the edges of furniture.

  1. Check used mattresses and bed frames closely before bringing them into your home.
  2. Cooler temperatures result in a longer lifespan.
  3. Bites can be itchy.  Over the counter treatments for insect bites may be helpful to reduce itchiness.
