 Here's How It Works:

 

1.  We begin by marking the area to be renovated.

 

2.  That area is chemically killed usually twice.

 

3.  Once the old grass is sufficiently dead, grass plugs are installed.

     Please note:  The cost to install sod has been reduced significantly in the past few years.  Until that changes, we recommend sod installation vs. grass plugs.  Feel free to call our office for the reference.
